Once again - I'll supply you with some Tom Swifties to warm you up and then leave you with one or two to try and solve for yourself. Be ye either annoyed or mildly amused - either way this electronic enterprise has hit the skids.
"I'm one of the Beatles," said Ringo affably.
"I hate nouns and adjectives," said Tom proverbially.
"This sea-spray will ruin all the metal-work," said Tom mistrustfully.
"The Young Conservatives are throwing a party," said Tom meritoriously.
My everlasting love and affection for those who can complete these two:
"We'll never harvest all this hay," said Tom. . . .
"I shall get the barber-shop singers," said Tom . . .

...unyieldingly.
...harmoniously.
Hey there Holly - not quite - you're close on the first but the harvest is plentiful!
"We'll never harvest all this hay," said Tom balefully.
(thanks for the hint)
how about....
"I shall get the barber-shop singers," said Tom acquiredly.
...foregonely?
Well done with "balefully" Holly! You're good at this. I love "aquiredly" but not quite - think of a word with the phonetic equivalent of "sing" in its construction.
..icingly?
how do you like acquired but not forgone?! You went to get them, because they were four gone.
Are you making these up on your own or finding them somewhere?
You're so close - it's "menacingly" - I should have noted the source for these - I copied these "swifties" from this odd rip-off calender I have on the kitchen counter at home. I'm not sure what the calendar is titled but it endeavors to entertain the reader with daily curiosities of different kinds. It's more annoying than anything really.
